We sampled special independent bottling releases from @spiritthiefdistillingco with Brett showcasing his unique wine cask maturation collection. Next @janeovereemwhisky took us through the heartwarming story of @overeemwhisky over some drams before we met with Casey in the bond store for a bottle signing and photo op! We dined at the always wonderful @williesmithsappleshed and tasted their premium apple spirit releases from @charlesoatesdistilling before being spoiled rotten by @johnjarvis.hobartwhisky and Ben from @hobartwhisky
